This application form requires you to submit personal information about yourself and your school’s Headteacher.

Please seek the Headteacher’s permission prior to submission and ensure that you share with them the data protection information provided below.

If successfully selected, you will be required to attend five full day workshops from October 2026 to May 2027.

Submission of an application indicates that you:

Are available to attend all of the workshop dates. Reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed.
Will commit to building a ‘Communities of Experience’ network in your locality for other PE leaders from ethnically diverse backgrounds to disseminate your learnings from the development programme.
