This half-day virtual session supports school leaders to develop a clearer approach to wellbeing by aligning school improvement priorities with the actions identified in your Well Check.

The session will help you:

• Clarify the next steps in your Well Schools journey
• Align wellbeing priorities with your school improvement planning
• Begin shaping a longer-term plan to improve outcomes for pupils, staff and the wider school community.

One-day face-to-face coaching

Personalised on-site coaching to strengthen your whole-school wellbeing approach.

This one-day visit provides tailored coaching for you and your team alongside a developmental visit designed around your school’s priorities.

Through the day, you will:

• Receive personalised coaching for your leadership team
• Clarify the impact you want to achieve through the Well Schools approach
• Identify clear next steps for progressing towards Well Schools Accreditation
• Strengthen the evidence base for accreditation, your School Self Evaluation Form and the evolving Ofsted framework.

Group coaching model

Collaborative support combining coaching, peer learning and ongoing guidance.

The group model offers a deeper level of support by combining personalised coaching with the opportunity to learn alongside other schools.

This option includes:

• An on-site personalised coaching visit and developmental review
• Ongoing insight and guidance from your Well Schools coach
• Access to a peer network of schools sharing learning and practice
• Structured coaching circles to support collaboration and improvement.

The group model supports schools to build strong evidence for Well Schools Accreditation, strengthen their School Self Evaluation Form, and prepare for the new Ofsted framework, while developing valuable school-to-school support networks.
