Welsh Young Ambassador Conference 2025

Our Young Ambassador conferences last year took us the length and breadth of Wales! The conference theme was all about increasing our Young Ambassadors confidence in their leadership abilities through three great workshops: Roles and Responsibilities, Promoting and Marketing and a practical session centred around the National Framework for Wales and Building Foundations for Sport Course.

A huge thank you goes to The Royal Welsh Showground, Coleg Llandrillo, Coleg Sir Gar and Coleg Cymoedd for your hospitality. We are also grateful to our Athlete Mentors, Tutors, Sport Wales, UWTSD and our YA National panel for making each conference inspiring and unforgettable. The biggest shout-out goes to our Young Ambassadors and Local Authority Sports Development teams for bringing energy and passion to every workshop – we can’t wait to see what you achieve next!
