TOPs Resources

The Engagement Model
The Engagement Model is an assessment tool designed for pupils who are working below the standard of national curriculum assessments and are not yet engaged in subject-specific study (replacing P scales 1 to 4). It helps schools to better understand how these pupils learn by tracking their engagement with the curriculum.
This Girl Can
This Girl Can is a national campaign that supports women and girls in getting active. These resources are designed for girls to use at school to lead campaigns, activities, insights, and change in their own school. By taking ownership of the campaign and by creating and promoting messages that influence their peers, girls can help each other to get active in ways that are right for them.
Unified Action - Diversifying Sports Governance Framework
Unified Action was a 12-month pilot research project, concluding in March 2024, which was created to diversify sports governance and build inclusive cultures within National Governing Bodies of Sport.
Well Schools Ofsted Toolkit
The Well Schools Ofsted Toolkit helps schools demonstrate how wellbeing-centred practice supports strong outcomes across the Ofsted inspection framework.
Wellbeing Governance Guide
