Hey, I’m Elizabeth, and I am currently on my placement year at Pirelli, working in the planning department.

I was a Team Leader from 2021-2022. My favourite part about being a team leader was being responsible for a group of young people and taking charge in situations. I enjoyed being the one that the young people went to and seeing everything to do with all the events across the site.

Being a team leader has helped my progress through my career as I learned how to take on more responsibility and be able to take charge of certain situations.
