What do you currently do outside of being a Team Leader?
I am currently a Modern Apprentice Employability Project Officer with DYW Fife (Developing Young Workforce).
What difference do you want to make for young people?
I want to make a positive difference by helping young people build confidence in themselves and their abilities. My goal is to connect with them in a way that feels supportive and encouraging, so they can develop essential personal skills. I believe every young person has untapped potential, and I want to help them see that their opportunities are bigger than they imagine. By guiding them to recognise their strengths and explore new possibilities, I hope to empower them to take control of their future and feel proud of what they can achieve.

What is one fun fact about you?
I love water sports and can even do a wheelie on a stand-up paddleboard.
