What do you currently do outside of being a Team Leader?
Currently, I am the Head of Development for Mid Wales Golf Academy. This includes coaching and increasing and maintaining golf participation in Mid Wales and the surrounding areas.
What difference do you want to make for young people?
I want to increase young people’s participation in sport and physical education by sharing my knowledge and experience with the young coaches of the future!

What is one fun fact about you?
I am halfway through completing the 92 Challenge in football. I have been to 46 football stadiums in the English football pyramid.
