What do you currently do outside of being a Team Leader?
I work as an SFS Intern and a Sports Officer with the Youth Sport Trust and Ethnic Minorities and Youth Support Team. Alongside this, I’m an England and Wales Cricket Board Level 2 Cricket Coach, and I coach cricket to young people.
What impact do you hope to have as a Team Leader?
As a Team Leader, I hope to create an environment where young people feel confident to challenge themselves, discover new strengths, and believe in what they can achieve. I want to support young people who may be shy or unsure of themselves to feel valued, capable, and part of a team.
If you had to describe yourself in three words, what would they be?

- creative
- empathetic
What is one fun fact about you?
I’ve represented my College and University teams in more than six different sports: football, volleyball, kabaddi, kho-kho, futsal, and softball.
