What better way is there to kick start the festive season than getting active to raise awareness and help build a brighter future for children across the globe?

This 1 December is #GivingTuesday, and we want to encourage people of all ages and abilities to take part in the#YSTHulaChallenge, and help raise funds to support the work of the Youth Sport Trust to build confidence and develop life skills in young people in the Caribbean.

How long can you hula hoop for? Our Ambassadors Kimberly Wyatt and Victoria Pendleton have had a go – now it’s your turn!

We’re aiming to show how inclusive hula hooping can be, so feel free to use your arms, legs or neck rather than your waist if you’d prefer!

Our friends at Soreen have created an awesome free resource to give you tips and guidance for the #YSTHulaChallenge. Visit www.soreensquidgyfun.com to download it.

How can you get involved?

Simply video yourself, your friends or family attempting to hula hoop, and send us your videos through Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, remembering to tag @YouthSportTrust, and use #YSTHulaChallenge.
