Transform your school through the power of sport

We offer professional learning events for local/in-school delivery. Please review the downloads on the right to see the full list of primary and secondary courses we offer.

We also run national professional learning events which you can access individual places on, contact for more deatils.

Who can attend a course?

All courses are available to all teachers, Youth Sport Trust members and non-members. 

Local or in-school delivery

Youth Sport Trust member schools and clusters can purchase whole courses to be locally delivered at discounted rates. Non-member schools or organisations can also purchase courses.

How to register

If you would like to request local or in-school delivery of a whole course please provide us with at least eight weeks' notice. Member schools can register events on their members' dashboard. Non-member schools or organisations that would like to purchase and register an event can do so by contacting

Do you take part in the Youth Sport Trust Primary PE Subject Coordinator programme?

This is your chance to gain an extra qualification and develop your knowledge and understanding of designing a curriculum. The Advanced Professional Certificate in Curriculum Design and Innovation is a four-day course at the Sheffield Institute of Education, designed specifically for primary PE coordinators who have completed modules 1 to 3 of the Subject Leader training.
