Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in your delivery: with Lisa Sparkes Sports Coordinator Garlinge Primary School and Nursery. In this workshop we look at building a strong, sustainable and impactful vision for inclusion in and through your schools PE, school sport and physical activity (PESSPA) offer. We look to understand inequalities through the enablers, barriers and opportunities for increasing physical activity across inequality groups. This, alongside best practice examples, will help us reflect on considerations for action in your own settings. This will help you to consider what strategies, adaptations and actions are needed when designing and delivering PESSPA in your school.
