Kit for All
This approach is about offering recycled and pre-loved sports kit to individuals and families who need it, for free. Why? To make sport and physical activity more accessible for more people and to help the environment.
A member of sportscotland Young People Sport Panel said: "I realised that there would be some young people who hadn’t needed to use their PE kit in almost two years and that as a result they may not have any suitable kit at home.
"We know that there are some young people in our school community who are unable to go out and buy brand new PE kit for various reasons, so I decided to try to do something to help those pupils."
