The Commonwealth Games is here, and it’s a home games, taking place this time around in Birmingham.

To celebrate the excitement of the Games we have created our own 60 Active Minute Challenges in partnership with our friends at Complete PE, which give you the chance to try out some fun activities in your own home.

The Chief Medical Officers’ guidance states that 5 to 18 year olds should be active for at least 60 minutes every day and we hope that these free downloadable activities can help you and your young people make a start on achieving that.

Below, you can download any of 10 different activities to enjoy throughout the Games. Each activity comes with an introduction to the STEP tool - a simple way to make changes to physical activity and sport activities, so that everyone can feel included and participate together.
