Sidley London Revolution
(01-02 October 2022)

London Revolution event

Location: Lee Valley
Distance: 156.9 miles
Registration: £44 (non stop) / £64 (weekender, inc. camping)
Minimum fundraising: £450

Born as the UK’s greatest 2-day cycling weekend, London Revolution offers a choice to cycle the iconic 156.9-mile, 360° loop of the capital over a weekend, or all in one go. You’ll pedal through the heart of the City, passing all the sights before taking on the stunning North Downs, Thames Valley and the Chilterns.

This is a challenge for all, inclusive of all ages, fitness and experience levels. Whether you’re an experienced cyclist or a complete beginner – this is the perfect event for you.

What’s included?

  • Training programme tailored to all levels
  • Fully signposted route, with regular rest stops
  • Hot meals, showers, drinks and sports nutrition
  • Camping (2 person tent to self)
  • Bag transport to the finish
  • Medical & mechanical support at pit stops and en route

Location: Goodwood Racecourse – Selhurstpark Rd, Chichester, PO18 0PS
Distance: 100km
Registration: £50 (2-days with camping) / £30 (non-stop) / £20 (1-day)
Minimum fundraising: £500 (2-days with camping) / £300 (1-day)

Starting from Goodwood Racecourse, the route takes you along the coastal path of Chichester Harbour AONB, through the picturesque ancient village of Bosham and winds along the River Arun, past Arundel Castle and up along the South Downs Way before heading back to the finish line at Goodwood.

Whether you’re a seasoned runner, patient plodder or weekend walker – choose to camp over the weekend, take on 100km in one go, or 50km in one day.

Have you got what it takes to conquer the oldest path in Britain? The Ridgeway has endured 5,000 years. You just have to last 100km.

Find out for yourself what draws 3,000 people from around the world each year to follow in the footsteps of Romans, Vikings and mythical warriors in their quest to reach the ancient stone circle at Avebury.

Launched in 2012, Sidley London Revolution grew to become the UK’s greatest 2-day cycling challenge, The event offers a choice to cycle the iconic 250km, 360° loop of the capital over a weekend, or all in one go. You’ll pedal through the heart of the City on a quiet Saturday morning, passing all the sights before taking on the stunning North Downs, Thames Valley and the Chilterns.

On the way through, meet your family and friends at the Festival basecamp at Windsor Racecourse for a day of fun filled activities!

This is a challenge for all, inclusive of all ages, fitness, and experience levels. Whether you’re an experienced cyclist or a complete beginner – this is the perfect event for you.
