Jessica began taking tennis seriously aged 8. She won National and International titles as a junior and was ranked in the top 2 in Great Britain.
After taking her GCSE’s, Jessica turned professional but suffered her first major hip injury that took her out of the game for six months.
She took this time to apply to university in America and received a full sports scholarship to Long Beach State College. Whilst there, she went on to achieve a ranking of 25th in the USA. Jessica also received numerous awards for her sporting and academic achievements.
At the end of her four years in America, Jessica again needed major hip surgery which forced her to retire from tennis. She now has her own business and supports athletes, young people, and organisations to develop skills that will help in their life, their sport, or their work.
