| Synopsis | Leadership is key to building a successful 21st century schools system. This mini key-note will identify the key components for developing effective leadership. There will also be the opportunity to ask questions of an ‘expert panel’ that will follow this mini key-note.
Question time with Mini Key Note (new in 2010!) Question time with mini key note will be delivered by a high profile motivational speaker, with a view to informing delegates about a current policy area, issue, or theme relevant to Sport College delegates. The session will comprise of a 60 minute presentation followed by a 30 minute panel session. There are 2 sessions to choose from. At the start of the presentation the presenter and the panel will be introduced. During the presentation, delegates will have an opportunity to write down questions on provided postcards with their name/title/sports college; during a short break as the panel is prepared staff will sort the questions for the panel to take in order to start discussions. The aim is that this session will take a similar form to the TV programme question time. Any questions not answered will be put on the website after conference with answers. |
