Required for September 2008, a Director of Specialism to work closely with all middle and senior leaders. The successful candidate will help further to develop the school’s local and national profile.
The Director of Specialism will possess vision, flair and tenacity and will lead by example. S/he will take a lead in enabling all staff to support the development work of the school through the successful implementation of the Sports College development plan
This is a defining time of development at Netherhall. The core focus of this post will be upon learning and teaching and improving the dividends provided by our specialist status. The post would suit a candidate looking for an initial move from a middle to a more senior position.
