The 'Freddy Fit' project provides health and fitness workshops for reception, key stage 1 and key stage 2 children and addresses the core strands of the national curriculum for PE and PSHE. Freddy Fit presenters are child-friendly, fully trained and vetted to carry out fantastic, fun-packed workshops which are high on energy and participation, including aerobic exercise, strength training and team building.
