Win a masterclass from an Olympic gold medallist
Wednesday, 11 November 2009
Never has there been a more exciting time for PE and school sport as we enter a golden decade with Great Britain hosting as many as 11 major sporting events, including the jewel in the crown - the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. At the onset of this decade is the vision for all of our schools to help inspire an entire generation and realise the ambition to offer all young people five hours of high quality PE and sport by 2010.
Our brand new Secondary Membership package offers all specialist schools (non-sport), including special schools the opportunity to access a range of sport-related benefits to inspire learning, engage with all young people and help to increase participation.
We work closely with the 501 Schools and Academies with a sports specialism in England, helping to bring the sports specialism to life to improve the quality of education and well-being for all students and ensure this specialism has a direct impact on whole school standards.
Our new membership now offers all other secondary schools a unique opportunity to be part of this bigger picture using sport to raise the overall achievement of young people and whole school standards.
To celebrate the launch of the new membership, we have three fantastic opportunities for your school to be inspired by an Olympic or Paralympic gold medallist. Join our new membership before 29 January 2010 and your school will be entered into a draw to win a masterclass with Denise Lewis, Jason Gardener or Sascha Kindred.
The competition closes on 29 January 2010, winners will be notified in person after closing date. Terms and conditions apply.
