Lead 2014

Youth Sport Trust and sportscotland - in association with Glasgow 2014 - are once again taking forward Lead 2014.

The programme is aimed at harnessing the enthusiasm of your young sports leaders. Through the Lead 2014 programme a series of conferences will be delivered for young sports leaders which will help them to develop and enhance their leadership and volunteering skills and experience. The programme also aims to raise the profile of the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games across Scotland.

The programme is aimed at young people of 14+ years, and secondary schools are invited to select a team of young sports leaders (maximum of eight young leaders per school) to attend one of the conferences.

Lead 2014 is now live on the Game On Scotland website!
