Lead 2014

The Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games this summer were hugely successful in inspiring young people to get involved in sport.

To continue this legacy, the Lead 2014 programme, a partnership between the Youth Sport Trust and sportscotland will once again deliver conferences across Scotland.

The programme is aimed at harnessing the enthusiasm of your young sports leaders. Through the Lead 2014 programme a series of conferences will be delivered for young sports leaders which will help them to develop and enhance their leadership and volunteering skills and experience.

The programme is aimed at young people of 14+ years, and secondary schools are invited to select a team of young sports leaders (maximum of eight young leaders per school) to attend one of the conferences.

Where and when will the conferences take place?
